We haven't received the product. The product couldn't pass through customs, and we've been asking your customer service representative to contact DHL about the refund, but they haven't. Could you please assist me? I can't understand why a brand like yours would act this way. Otherwise, the product will be stuck at customs. I won't receive either the product or my refund.
